You can see it in their eyes when they spot their first elk...or moose, or coyote, or bear. Or when they're stepping into skis for the first time each winter, or when they land their first rainbow trout on a fly.
For children, the list of wondrous firsts at The Club at Spanish Peaks is potentially endless. Acres and acres of wildflower meadows become their very own back yards, and the activities and adventures found here—whether it's learning to ride a horse or mastering snowboarding—provide unmatched opportunities for fun and educational lifetime experiences. Besides family events such as Summerfest and Winterfest, there are kids-only activities and parties when the adults are off having their own fun, so no one ever feels left out.
The Spanish Peaks Outfitter offers 'kids camps' throughout the summer, with activities such as horseback riding, fly fishing, rock climbing, cooking lessons with Chef Carl, and golf lessons with head pro Chip Swanson.
Children are more than just a very important part of The Club at Spanish Peaks. Watching them make lifelong friends and fall in love with the mountains just as hard as you have are the things that transform our homes here into a true community.
